Hello and welcome to the November edition of Daisy's Bark!
As the season of gratitude arrives, we’re feeling extra thankful for our furry friends who fill our days with joy, love, and laughter. November is the perfect time to slow down, snuggle up, and celebrate all the little moments that make life with dogs so special. From cozy couch cuddles to crisp autumn walks, let’s make this month a paws-itively heartwarming one! In this newsletter we're sharing our calendar of events, latest's updates and a delicious pumpkin dog treat recipe.
Daisy's Cause is moving along nicely. We're fundraising for Riley's Rescue of Brevard County. They're a foster based recuse with a mission to finding loving homes for every animal in their care, providing compassion, medical attention, and safe havens for homeless pets. Their goal is to ensure that every pet experiences the love and security of a forever home.
It's pumpkin season and we have a quick and easy dog treat recipe that your pup will love! In a mixing bowl, combine a 1/2 cup of plain pumpkin, 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups of oat flour. Roll out to a 1/4" thick and cut into your favorite shapes, then bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. You'll have the cutest pumpkin dog treats that your furry friends will absolutely gobble up!
